We continue to implement multiple energy-saving initiatives across our global production sites, including LED lighting and insulation. We innovate with the planet in mind. Just one example: all of our cleansing formulas such as shampoos, shower gels, and liquid soaps are now produced using a state-of-the-art cold process, meaning we do not need to heat tons of water during their production. Currently, we are working to reduce the energy consumed in the production of our conditioners and body lotions in the same way, and aiming the same way to implement a semi-cold manufacturing process.
We conduct an annual analysis of the carbon footprint of our offices, production sites, and distribution sites, using the Greenhouse Gas Protocol (GHGP) to measure our emissions.
