About the Awards

Excellent Employer 2025 – Germany

This award is based on a scientifically grounded, anonymous annual industry study initiated in 2021, conducted throughout the German-speaking hospitality sector. The study explores what employees value most in leadership and what makes an employer truly attractive.

The survey is independently carried out by the Berlin School of Economics and Law, under the academic leadership of Professor Dr. Sandra Rochnowski, a recognised expert in employer attractiveness. Results are revealed each year during the prestigious Deutscher Hotelkongress (German Hotel Congress), hosted by the recognized journal for hospitality Allgemeine Hotel- und Gastronomie-Zeitung (AHGZ), and made publicly available.

In the 2025 edition, ADA Cosmetics was honored as a “Industry Partner” winner, solidifying its standing as a trusted and valued employer in the hospitality supply chain.

Employer of the Year – United Kingdom

The Bedfordshire Chamber of Commerce SME Bedfordshire Business Awards are judged by an independent panel, scoring each of the entrants for each across different criteria.

In June all finalists from across the region come together to celebrate and winners of each category are crowned.  In 2025, ADA Cosmetics was proud to be named the winner of the “Employer of the Year” category.
